Placement for Cyphastria Meteor shower?

Where do you guys place your Cyphastria Meteor shower ? Can it take high light? Is it super low light coral like Cyphastria Decadia?:"

Med to low light with moderate flow for best results. It's not nearly as sensitive as the C. decadia either.

Agree with Joe, i bought 3 frags of Cyphastria, place it 10" under 250W/Reeflux 10K and burn them all.

They don't really lose color - as they are more of a Favia that Acropora. I have a couple that were wild pieces that started out brown that both turned blue, but most just bleach out when stressed.

David, it is C. ocellina from Atlantis/Tyree.

I got the Tyree Red Eye, the Meteor Shower and the other Atlantis Piece. All are place at about 15" below overdriven T5's. From my experience with these pieces, they tend to not look and do so great with high light and high flow. They look absolutely amazing once a small colony starts to form. Here is an older picture. Color is much more vibrant in person.

I see you keep them real low. I have a orange dot branch Cyphastria decadia and it is under a hangon overflow in the corner and is pretty much shaded. It has started to color up now that most light is blocked. i moved a frag of meteor up about 20 inches from 250 wt halide and they burded and turned brownish

Here is mine all the way on the bottom under a 400 watt, but gets a lot of flow.

Mine are doing much better down at the bottom of tank under 250 wt 20k bulbs.

It is about 18 inches from the center of the bulb.

Brooke, I know people that keep them under T5's. The PC thing I do not know.
