Places that might be able to repair a Teklight T5 fixture?

Hi guys,
It's been awhile since I posted here but does anyone know any places in San Francisco that might be able to repair my sunlight systems teklight T5 fixture. Seems like the company got bought out, so there's not a lot of resources on how to repair the fixture. I think i just need to replace the ballasts but i'm having trouble accessing the ballast and i have zero experience in electrical wiring and would be more comfortable if someone else did it.

They are very simple fixtures to fix/swap ballasts.
Check the lamp holders for any indications of short or build up first.
How many lamps is the fixture?

it's a 4 lamp fixture. Unfortunately for me, I seem like the only person who is unable to take it apart.

Are all the lamps out? One or two power cords?

2 lamps are out and 2 power cords. There are two ballasts.

This probably isn’t the exact model needed but there’s a start. Remove all the hex nuts and slide the light chassis out. There should be 2 ballasts. They’re push connect. Just replaced the wires as it was originally wired.
