I am pretty happy with mine, probably the same amount of $ and a little more work. Depends on how much DIY you want to do. There are a bunch of threads on moonlights here on RC.

These are 10mm 180 degree LED's I found on eBay, and they pretty much light up my entire basement. It should be sick with saltwater in the tank.
