Hey guys
I need help contacting Atb usa. I had a issues with my abt elegance 200 pro, i email them about it, they reply asking me to send in for repair. I did it last friday 3-13. Monday i email asking for confirmation of receive nothing, tuesday nothing, wednesday nothing, and so on. When i decided to buy this skimmer i knew I was buying an awesome skimmer that came with excellent customer service plus they are local. I know there are some of you guys out there that knows them personally, Please just ask them when i can have my parts back or answer my email. Thank you for your help
 
I thought ATB had good customer service. I always hear from people how good they are and their service. Not even an email respond? Now, that's bad. Good luck with your search, Eric. Hope you find your solution.

Ok, I told you in PM that Chad was out of the country. Chad runs a huge company and ATB is a curtesy that Chad provides to keep these high end skimmers on the market. He just got back and is getting to your replacement. No one else on this forum will give you any other info then what I will. So this thread is 100% pointless. You sent the part right when Chad left like the day before. So it's not like anyone forgot about you. Just be patient, Chad is a stand up guy and will take care of you.
 
I can confirm that he was out of the country like MxReefer mentioned. I'm sure he will have you squared away in short order.

I never question this character nor business just to know when i can get my parts back.

AMEN!!! I guarantee someone could design and mass produce quality skimmers and still make a profit at $1000-$2500 per skimmer. I mean that's what we're paying for these euro skimmers. And there's also the cost of shipping them from Europe. Don't understand why a company hasn't tried this yet
