Please!!!! Help me with the best treatment for my clown!!

Please help!!! I canââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t seem to narrow down the problem my Percula hasââ"šÂ¬Ã‚¦ he has a white fuzzy growth on the bottom of his chin as well as in his mouth. He races towards food to eat, but canââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t seem to eat any. He is difficult to photograph, but I hope the pics help!! Please, what course of action should I take? I already gave him a 10 min. freshwater bath in methylene blue. Thank you so much for any assistance you can give me!

Looks like Lymphocystus. Incurable, but not necessarily fatal. Take a Q'tip and try swiping the area around the mouth to dislodge the growths. Once he starts eating and with good diet&good water quality, his immune system should control it.
