Plumbing Challenged

Guess I'm in the wrong hobby to be plumbing challenged. But anyway, I want to marry up 1" flexible tubing from an over flow to a rigid 3/4" slip PVC connection. What are some common solutions for this connection. I've been to Home Depot, F&S and Marine Depot. I don't see anything that looks like it will work. The 3/4" PVC is for a spray bar to the drain area of the sump.

1"-3/4" slip reducer. available at any home improvement store.

Make sure you use the right cement for the flex PVC, also available at the home improvement store.

then it should be easier. they should have a slip fitting with a 3/4" barbed end. if they don't check at a plumbing store or your LFS

Here's a pic of the connection I need to make. This sump is for my 54g. I have a Life Reef overflow box with 1" drain. The input at the sump bulkhead is 1" SLIP PVC with a spray bar. There are actaully 2 spray bars. I'm just trying to figure out 1, then I'll deal with the 2nd one later. I'm also going to tee off some of my return into the fuge. But that will be all vinyl with the exception of a ball valve and a J-tube. All of your suggestions are really appreciated. I've got some trial and error to do with fittings.

then a 3/4" slip to 3/4" male barbed
