PMD or some other problem?

Hi all
Have had this clam for about three weeks and it has not opened beyond what you see in the photo. There is also the one area towards the front where the mantel looks tucked in or pinched. How does this clam look? I've looked for any snails or other pests but do not see anything of concern.

Having the same problem. Clam wont open up more than that, following along.

Looks like "I anchored myself next to a rock: disease. Mantle looks fine from what I can see. Pinched mantle is usually going to run along each fold in the upper margin. It MIGHT be the start of it from the looks of he front, but I doubt it. It just wedged itself against a rock so is kind of restricted for space.
