Pop Eye!

My clownfish has developed pop eye in one of his eyes. I moved him to a quarantine tank and have been doing daily large dose of water change. It's been 5 days but I don't see any improvement and he has not eaten. Other than that, I don't see any sluggish or unusal movement. What else can I do at this point? Epsom salt?

Add kanamycin sulfate (regular kanamycin antibiotic) to the tank. It would help with in case of a bacterial infection and it also cause diarrhea if the fish is just constipated.
