Powerhead Moving Sand! Please Help!!

Hello, I have a 28 bowfront up and cycling and the powerhead keeps moving the sand!! Here is a pic to show the position of the powerhead.

Is there anything you could suggest to help my situation? The powerhead is 400gph..The tank dimensions are 24 long 18 high 12 wide! Thanks!!

Hey.

Don't point it directly at the glass. That will help. Try pointing toward the front corner of the opposite side (left side, if you are looking at the tank from the front)

BTW, do you have a guard on that pump? (intake guard)

No intake guard...But if I point it at the front, I assume thats what you mean wont it still have the same affect? I will go try that in a little while! Thanks!

He means to point it to the opposite front (the distance should decrease the flow by the time it reaches the glass to be directed down)

Well, I realized that the output nozzle is capable of being rotated..Doh!! So I just pointed it towards the other corner as reccomended and all problems solved! Thanks!
