Hello,
I have recieved a Sunpod 20" 150 watt MH lighting fixture and a 24 gallon Aquapod from your company about 2 to 3 weeks ago.
Since then the aquarium and lighting have been working correctly and are currently in full use. However a few days ago the lighting fixture has encountered a problem, because the fan has been not working correctly (sometimes not starting, different running speeds...etc). At first I thought it was just a simple fan problem, so I decided to replaced the old fan with a new fan (same fan just new), but after a few days later, this seems not to be a permanent fix. So I'm to the conclusion it is a lemon of a unit.
Also, just to mention I have not been satistifed with this fixture from day one, because of other issues that I had to fix that I shouldn't have had to. (like re-shaping the reflector plate, fan problem, modifying the feet to fit...etc) Not really big problems (excluding the fan), but even the little problems/issues start to add up.
In the end, it's not favorable to send anything back simply because everything inside of the tank is depending on the equipment and I really don't know what I should do at this point in time.
Do you have any suggestions on what I should do to reslove this problem?
Thanks Much!
