Problem with MP 40

Hi Guys,

I bought a new MP 40 in premium aquatics last year ( october )

After a long time inside the box today I did the first test and for my surprise the MP 40 is not working. The controler is blinking just in green and the pump is running but I can´t control the pump and nothing works

The main problem is that I live in Brazil.

I had an old mp 10 and two old mp 40 and everything is fine.....just the new one mp 40 is not working

Any help ?

Just to say...I bought two wetsides....both of them is not working and both are new

I saw green/red sometimes light but after and now just green blinking and the pump is running but without any control

I spent 369 dollars in a product that doesn´t work...but ok....

I´m going to buy a gyre, hope they are better than ecotech, or at least have more respect with customers service
