Just read the article on "Bite the Bullet". Is this skimmer only commercially available or are there more detailed instructions as to its construction. Is it possible to purchase sepeately a becketts bullet ventury?

I think the Bullet is a specific product, but you can buy the Beckett nozzle and build your own skimmer. Also, I think myreefcreations.com sells skimmers built on this part, although you're rather far afield for them.

Is it possible to get more detailed construction plans and instructions to build this potein skimmer. could you advise who the supplier (web address) where I might purchase the beckett bullet.
