Protruding white object on Percula's rear dorsal...

I don't have a picture of this, but pretty much there's an almost parasite looking thing in the same spot for both my male and female percs..

I'ts on their left side, rear dorsal area, it's before the anus for my male and after for my female...

I was thinking it could be a parasite, perhaps an intestinal parasite that is beginning to actually physically protrude from the clowns.. I noticed that my clowns had "stringy poop" several months ago but didn't take much notice to it...

There is simply a little white stub protruding, and surrounded by a red o on the diameter of the stub.. It's pretty parasitic looking..

What to do?

Light some candles, turn on some mood music and give 'em some privacy! ;)

clownfish with protrusion coming from anus

We have a female clownfish with a fleshy color protrusion coming from her anus. It's been there for a month or so. We thought she might be getting ready to lay eggs because she is getting more agressive and keeping her flower pot clean, but she's not getting bigger in the abdomen. Any thoughts?
