Pump Setting Help

At this time I have pumps set on,Short pulse mode. Pump is set to full and time set to full . I put pumps into night mode . I would like to make this setting night mode during the day . How do I do this. Would I set pump speed to 1/2 and the timer to 1/2. The pulse seems smother in night mode.

in night mode its going to stay full speed but at half the speed you had it on.. it wont replicate the short pulse mode
