Puppy Center pics

I don't have any idea about price. I don't work there. I do know that the zoo colony is much bigger than it appears in the photo. When my kids go to bed I will take some tank pics (12K only, and 12K with 2 T5 blue plus)
 
Any directions as to where this is. My husbands brother runs Goldroc diner on night so well go to din din sunday. Where is that in coordination to the pup ctr.
 
real close to gold roc, pass gold roc and head for quaker lane, left at light go back over the highway. go about a mile until you get to a light and take a right. then go another 1/2mile until you can't go straight you will come to a light. take a left there and go thru 2 lights and you'll get to New Britain Ave. Take a right and it's not even a quarter mile on the right at the far end of the plaza.

how long has your brother in law been working there? if he was about this time last year, tell him i say im sorry. after Cats rehersals at the academy in hartford, like after 11 o clock rehersals or performances, wed go to a midnight at goldroc......yup.... all 30 of us. they loved us so :D haha:lol:
 
I picked-up a beautiful ORA "Chips" acro frag today.

ORA frags left: 1 more Chips, 2 Indo purple tip stags, 2 green birds nest, 1 Scripps, and 1 green pocci damicornis.
 
i went today, they had some realy nice stuff.
however, i didnt buy anything because the albino tiger oscar i gave them a while ago because i couldnt find anyone with a big enough tank for it was selling for 40 bucks. they said they couldnt give me anything for it. but most importantly she was skinny. and i was sad so i decided to take my business elsewhere. PS: if anyone has a 70 gallon freshawter, id buy the fish for you.
 
You lost me. You gave them your fish to sell but they havent yet but you have to buy it back?????Andy why didnt you buy anything?
 
Fishiness, Tommy has been there for years at goldrock. Huge guy with buzz cut hair. Word to the wise. Not sure what you did while your there but if theres real problems, hes connected to the fuzz, so things wont get handled legally. Best to sit, do your thing and leave. Ive heard some stories. Oh, so what did you do, maybe i can joggle his memory.

haha. we didnt do anything bad. its jsut 30 kids walked in at once and we were tired and a little roudy. lol


and i brought in a fish who i loved and it made me sad that it wasn sold yet. and it was also a little skinny. I just want a good home for the fish. i brought it in because i only had a 12 gallon tank freshwater for it. it was all alone, but still. They then put it in a smaller tank than that. and they said they couldnt give me anything for it, but then were charging 40 bucks. i was giving the fish away for free anyways, but i felt cheated a little. And i felt bad for my fish. so i said if anyone wants an albino tiger oscar, if i would have to buy the fish back, id pay for it for you.
 
You were the owner and they didnt pay you for giving it to them so you can go in and say i want my fish back and they shouldnt have a problem with it. Is there a freshwater board on reefcentral.lol. Im sure there would be someone who was interested.

my2girls, how much did you pay. Ill call but was just wondering.
 
I don't know what I paid. I never asked what it cost and I got other dry goods. And I never bring home a receipt for my wife to find. :D
 
I made the trip down to the Puppy Center today, I think it took a little under an hour and half to get there. Seemed to have a decent selection although most of the good stuff had been sold shortly after it arrived. I ended up getting one of there squamosa clams and a small green birds nest frag. I also picked up one of the green digitata frags also. Not a bad place and as far as driving I have little choice living about 15 mins from the VT border. There aren't any clubs around here to join.:( I think there SPS selection is far better than Aqua Dreams which is a little closer for me.
 
my2girls, very smart. And when she asks how much what do you say. I used to say 6$ until he told me he was on to me.lol. Well looks like we will make the trip tomorrow anyway, even for just a look. :)
