Q's for 20L prop tank

Im currently setting up my 20L as a prop tank for primarily discoma/ricordea species and and wanting to know 2 things: How much lighting(wattage; pc/halide; 6700, 10000k etc) should I use and whats a good amount of flow?

Also what other corals could I raise in there since the intial tank conditions would be favoring the mushrooms?

rics and shrooms dont need alot of light id go with the pc lighting 10k & act.

I run 1 55watt 6700k bulb on a 20L and get great growth on greenstripe shrooms and xenia.

I am running 2 x 75 watt VHO's and I am having great progress with mushrooms, zoa's and softies. i am very impressed seeing that it is my first frag tank.
