Question about order?

First let me say how confident and good I feel about ordering from LA. I have purchased a Manderinfish from LA and a bunch of supplies from DRFS and have been very pleased with what I received.

Having said that, I do have a few questions. I ordered $235 worth of coral and inverts that arrived today. I was supposed to receive 2 medium skunk. I ended up with one large and one small. Is this normal?

Also, the Medium Candy Cane Coral consisted of 3 smaller frags instead of one medium sized piece. Is this normal?

I know if I called them they would offer a refund, but I'm sure that I need one.

The shrimp are fine and the smaller one will grow ... the other one was larger than expected. On top of that they were on sale so they were cheaper than what the smaller size cost anyway.

The coral somewhat bothers me ... all three frags are of very good quality and healthy. I was just hoping for a larger single piece. I'm sure I can arrange the coral to make it look right ... but wanted to post here to see what you think I should have expected as I've not ordered coral from you before.

I must also add that the Orange Tube Coral and Green bubble coral are absolutely beautiful and are exactly the size indicated by your website. The Bubble Anemone is actually bigger and better than what I expected.

Also, to anyone else that reads this and has questions or reservations about ordering from LA; you need not worry. Do a quick search and you'll find the Drs. themselves post here and do stand 100% behind everything they sell ... no questions asked ... no proof needed. I wouldn't consider buying any animals for my tank unseen from any other company ... period.

Thank you for your comments and concerns. Yes, it is quite normal that the shrimp would be of different sizes between 1-1/4" to 1-3/4". The candy cane coral usually ships with several polyps on a rock that is between 3ââ"šÂ¬Ã‚ ââ"šÂ¬Ã¢â‚¬Å“ 4ââ"šÂ¬Ã‚, depending on what is available at our holding facility. Thank you for your quick responce.

One shrimp is less than 3/4" while the other is over 3". This doesn't bother me and I am very happy with the quality of the shrimp. I only bring it up so you can have record for quality control.

The coral seems to have been broken in shipment. I placed the 3 frags into the tank and they lined up perfectly. They look great and the healh and quality look great so far.

As I said before, I can't imagine ordering from any other company except LA on any product site unseen. I have 100% confidence in your refund policy, support and quality of product.
