Question for those using a Clacium Reactor.

What pump/powerhead do you folks use to push water to the calcium reactor? I'm using a RIO 800 powerhead and it doesn't restart when I shut the system off. I have to manually restart it. I also think that I have one leaking electricity. When I took it out to restart it tonight I felt a slight electrical shock. I replaced it with yet another RIO.

Using a maxijet 1200 here.

i drive mine off my return line. one less pump to worry about (and leak electricity). just drilled and tapped into a piece of pvc to screw in a 1/4" speedfit.

My MJ12 has always provided consistent performance as a Ca reactor feed pump, and of course you are running a similar reactor to me. Matt has a good point about the potential for leaky voltage.
