Questions About Lighting

OK here is is..I am totally confused and everyone has a different answer to this question...with T5HO can you keep sps, clams acopora etc in your tank and at any level in the tank. I have a 130 gal Oceanic 60in long, 18 wide and 28 deep. I currently have 6ft 100watt VHO in a canopy. People say no good for acopora clams etc. get MH or T5. Is that true and if so what would i need in terms of t5s to keep everything in my tank described above.
I really need help in this to clear the confusion. Thanks!

if you get 6 x 48" 54W retro fit with the individual reflectors and the icecap 660 ballast, you can overdrive the 54W to 80W... very bright and will handle any sps. read all T5 Q&A threads and get more details.
