I had a complete meltdown over a year ago. I never restocked however a few items made it through the explosion. My question why has my ricordia/zoo's and shrooms basically shriveled into tiny little fractions of what they used to be and how can I help them bounce back?? All parameters are and have been stable for 5 to 10 months.

What are the alkalinity and temperature measurements? How often do you do water changes, and what other corals (if any) are there in the tank?

The parameters you list seem reasonable to me, although I target 1.026 for salinity. You might want to doublecheck your measuring device. This article might help:

It could be a lot of things... as bertoni mentioned alk, and temp...

Also lighting and flow and nitrate/nitrite/ammonia measurements are things to look at when corals are reacting badly.
