Quiet one customer no service....

I bought 4 Quiet one's for my system. 3 3000's and one 4000. The return pump quit (4000), the ceramic shaft was broken. No problem I'll pull one of the shafts from closed loop, it's in a bad location and I broke it's shaft getting the unit apart, my fault all the way. So I email pentaire aquatics. no answer.... I email them again, still nothing.

HAS ANYONE been able to get replacement parts??? Please help.

I have never had to get replacement parts, I would try to call them, sometimes it takes 2 or 3 days for them to get back you with e mails.
