I'm building a bonsai-tree type LR structure and I need to set it in a base so it doesn't fall over. I've got a bag of quikrete concrete mix...can I use it to create a round base or do I need to buy 45 pounds of portland cement (of which I'll probably use maybe 2 lbs)?
