Dear everyone,
I was 100% lost my fish tank during Sandy Storm. I got back home a week later and clean my death tank with full of depressed.
I am completely quit the hobby now so I have quite a lot of equipment to sell. the sell is final and prefer local pick up on heavy items. Location is in Somerville, NJ
1) Deltec Skimmer 851. it is an old however it was a work horse and have high rating in its long service and reputation. it come with everything such as collection cup, valve , oring, eheim pump etc. the collection have a drain valve that has a broken handle, you can replace it. I did not use that valve since I have a nylon tube connect to my 5 gallon sheetrock bucket. asking price is $250 OBO. shipping and packaging will be fedex or usp. buyer pay for shipping and packing cost.
2) LED lights. I have 2 brand new LED fixture that make by Apollo Reef. I bought it and thinking of set it up but could not have time then my tank died so it is in the box. I only open the box to check when I receive the package. it is one of those strongest LED and nicest one in the market. I pay for it new at $400 per unit. these units come with everything that get you ready to plug in and turn on which has hanging kit, power cables etc. asking price is $350/unit or OBO.
3) Reef Angel controller. I bought this reef angel controller to work with the LED fixtures above. again, I only hook it up but don't have time so I use it only to measure my PH level. asking price $200 OBO. no salt creep or moisture what so ever.
4) Reeflo main water pump. It is a Dart Gold version. I bought it about 3 years ago and work flawlessly. I have the seal change prior to the evacuation of Sandy storm. it is a nice small quiet pump that push a lot of water. this is the pump that I use to run my entire 275 system (180 gallon DT, 75 Gallon Sump/refugium, 30 gallon satellite tank, Skimmer, 4 large NextReef Reactors). I paied $400 back then. asking price $180.
5) Dosing Pumps 0.067l/h. brandnew in box. I bought this from bulkreef supply. never use it. asking price $70/unit
6) Reef Octopus Bubble Blaster HY-5000s. I bought this pump in backup for my Eheim pump that ran my Deltec skimmer. I tried it and it work like a charm. nothing is wrong but I take it out since I want to keep it as a backup. asking price $180
7) 2 Nextreef MR1 reactor chambers. I add a screen into the reactor so I can run fine media such as bio pellet etc. it works fine since nothing moving or mechanical moving that cause wear and tear. asking price $50/unit
8) Vertex Zeovit Reactor. I use it for 6 months and shut it off since I don't know how to control the zeovit add in and other parameter very well. it has scratch on its body due to zeovit rock stirring required daily in other to help the bacteria growth. it come with original pump. I did not use the pump except test the system as it first used. I have this reactor tight into my main pump in saving electric bill and noise. asking price $170OBO
9)Metal Halide electric Ballasts. I have 3 metal halides ballasts. 1 is ICe cap, bought it brandnew and use it 1 years, the other two are lumitech (spelling) they are all 250W electric ballasts. I will throw in the lumix reflectors as well (2 of them). asking price $60 for IceCap and $45/unit of lumitech. OBO. all come with power cables
10) T5 660 icecap ballasts. it is the equivalent of current Coralvue 660 T5 ballast. I have 3 T5 660 icacap ballast which used on the tank setup prior to the Sandy Storm. if you buy it locally, you can get the fixture that I built in wood that has endcaps, reflector ect. otherwise I only sell the ballasts. two ballasts is an older version and one is new version. asking price is $60/new unit and $40/ old unit OBO
11) Hana ALK meter, Hana Phospate Meters. I use it in 1 years and spot on. My wife test it monthly against her lab test equipment's at work and it spot on. she works in food industry that have all kind of high precision chemical test equipments. these ALK and and Phosphate meter are spot on everytime. asking price $30/unit
12) I bought the calcium meter 6 months prior to the storm but have not use it. brand new in box. I have not use it nor calibrate it with my wife work equipment so I can not tell. asking price $40
13) Eheim Jager 300W heater. brand new. bought it in preparation for winter but storm come first. asking price $20
14) Reeflo Dart pump. I bought the pump as an backup pump for my main pump. I am the second owner of the pump. it is not a gold version. asking price $160.
