well i lost my favourite mantis yesterday.
he was the second mantis i ever got and has been with me from the start, so im a bit upset with his passing!
i have been setting up a new and improved tank for him and it was completed so i went to transfer him and when i lifted up his huge rock which his house was located under i saw a BODY!
not sure how long hes been dead but i had noticed he wasnt around much lately and i thought it was that molting time again but alas, it wasnt a succesful molt.
hopefully hes in mantis heaven where the snails smash easily, where the octopus are all small and vunerable, molts are always easy and the water quality is perfect!
im down to one little purple and aqua smasher now. it has the best colours ive ever seen in any of my mantis.
