Raise skimmer by 2 inches

Like a boss [emoji106] my skimmer feet fit nicely in the holes. Glad it worked out

Sorry... Help me understand why you are trying to raise a skimmer in a sump that has a water level of 9" if your skimmer calls for a min/max of 7.08” - 10.23”?? It sounds like you already had the perfect level and now you will push it close to or even past the max. Am I missing something here? Have you tried using it as is?

I've had this skimmer for almost a year. Deltec SC2060. I've had the hardest time getting it to dry skim constantly even though it has an adjuster. It dry skims for a day or two. The 9" of water is the exception not the norm. I have a Rea Sea Reefer. It has a bubble trap that needs to be cleaned. A little debris in it, water level raises.

Want to test this method by raising it a little over an inch. Sitting close to 8" now. If it doesn't work out, I'll just remove it.
