We are just putting the finishing touches on our new tanks to house the rare and unusual fish which will be sold through our Diver's Den on LiveAquaria.com . Several unique fish will be offered weekly . We will secure these rare specimens from a variety of legal sources around the world and once they are acclimated in Wisconsin they will be available to the hobby . These fish will be personally cared for by Kevin Kohen and his staff then hand selected by Kevin for order fulfillment . Again, these unique fish will be shipped from Wisconsin direct to you, the hobbyist. We have trained technicians on staff to answer your questions prior to and after purchase . Are these fish offered in the Retail Store at all or do they have to be shipped direct from Rhinelander? I am asking as I would rather pick them up personnaly on a visit to the area than to have then shipped to me. This goes for the corals offered as well.

We expect to have the fish available to be sold on the Diver's Den in the upcoming few weeks. Because we are using multiple suppliers to obtain these rare fish, they will be acclimated, cared for, and shipped from our Wisconsin facility.

If you desire to purchase these fish, they may be picked up at our retail store in Rhinelander, Wisconsin if that is more convenient than having them shipped to your home. To do this, simply go online and place the order and put DFS Retail Store, 2851 N. River Rd, Rhinelander, WI 54501 in the Shipping To address box. Then, in the comments box on the order, let us know the day and time you would be picking these up and we will have them ready for you. We do ask that you pick any diver's den items up within two days. Thank you for the response Bonnie. My husband is from Minoqua and we travel up frequently for snowmobiling and boating. It's nice to know that I can pick-up my order without shipping. The within 2 day pick-up is a bit short, but I'll see how it works out.

I've really been wanting to get some of those fairy wrasses that you have been carrying, and hope that you get a bigger selection in so I can really bust loose with the tax return. I just wish I lived closer the Whineland so I could go window shopping.
 
Why?

I really have been looking for some fairy wrasses for my 300g. I'd especially like to find a female whipfin to go with my male. I also hope to see you get some of the rarer clowns in...I mean more rare than A bicinctus or A akindynos. The only other place I see get any real rare clowns in is The Marine Center and it's never the real rare stuff, and the customer service leaves much to be desired.

Why in the world would you have a problem with my post stating my enthusiasm for your expansion of rarer fish?

I tried that, but it is still charging me for shipping.....

When placing an order online for a Diverââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢s Den item being picked up in the store, it will appear on the order that you are being charged for shipping. However, as it is a store pick-up, the shipping and handling will be adjusted before your credit card is authorized for charges. Your order confirmation will reflect shipping charged, but your credit card statement will reflect the actual charge without shipping and handling. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
