rare clove polyps

I have never seen anyone else with these, anyone have some??? THey are gorgeous I now have them covering the back wall of another system i have running. I do have to say the neon green with orange tips is very nice. Sorry the pic is blurry will try and get a better one

Sorry to burst your bubble, but if you look at the clove polyps thread in this forum you'll see lots of them. While they're very pretty, they're not all that rare.

Ive seen pics of these but never in person. I think they are 'common' but that being said, Im pretty sure the last time I saw them for sale was at least a few months ago.. and they werent cheap lol

Clove polyps grow incredibly quickly, so anyone who's charging $35 a polyp is clearly just trying to take advantage of the ignorant.

I have some of those, love them. They're quite beautiful. Not super rare, but not as common as the run of the mill completely green centered, usually larger clavularia you often see.

very nice they are some of the nicest cloves ive seen. i have ones that are yellow tipped, and also the solid green ones, anyone have any other cool colored cloves?

Nice cloves roy!! I just had myslef a look see at that cloves thread and the nice metalic orange tiped green cloves were pretty few and far between!! I guess it depends on what your definiton of rare is , I would say they are rare, how many of you have seen these in person, or even have some?
tquick what lfs? so i can call tham and buy them all!!!
I personally havn't seen any for sale online can someone please point me in their direction?

Where do yours live in the tank, depth wise and what lighting are you using? Flow? Just curious. Mine grow slow as hell

Its kinda of like xenia some tanks it grows extremley fast and some slow. My tank it gorws slow and in my buddies hes is out of control. Yet xenia does good in mine and bad in his. Go figure. Mine is on the bottom of the tank. THe store is colley ave corals in norfolk va they dont ship lol sorry
