Reactors

:idea:...I am wondering if it is possible to run a reactor as a Chaeto chamber? I am currently not running a refugium style sump, but wondering if I attach a side light to the reactor and take the exit(top) sponge off the reactor, is it reasonable to use a reactor in the sense?

Contact Bongo Shrimp. He has done it very successfully on a nano tank. It looks like a tube wrapped in aluminum foil. But dropped his nitrate and phosphate.
