Recirculating Pumps

Does anyone have any experience with the Ocean Runner 6500? Looking for a stable, low heat, low power draw, high flow pump......something submersible capable of pushing at least 1500 GPH. The Ocean Runner 6500 looks like a sure thing but wasnt sure based on the prices out there.

in general ive seen that OR are good pumps but never have used the 6500

Is this for a skimmer recirc mod, of for tank circulation?

tank circulation......this is the main pump

I have a 6500 and have not have any problems so far.
