Recommend protein skimmer for nano 16 tank

Can I get some recommendations for a reasonably priced internal protein skimmer for Innovative Marine Nano 16 tank? Its house brand is nice but too expensive.

I ran an 18g for 2 years with SPS and didnt need a skimmer. Water changes are easy enough. Small skimmers are generally inefficient and not worth the money or time to maintain them. Just my experience.

I agree with Radiohead, I ran a skimmer on my nano, but that was because I was not ontop of water changes like I should have been.

If you are looking for one, the eshopps nano skimmer is a good choice if it will fit in your rear compartment. It is very narrow fit fine in the back of my aquatop which the compartment was about 2.75"x4"

I run the 10g version... just stick to water changes... why complicate such a tiny simple system...
