Recommendations on place to order clams

Hey All,

I am trying to find a place to order some small clams from. I am mainly interested in maximas. I was searching around and have found a couple of places. Premium Aquatics, Harbor Aquatics, Cquarium. Anyone have any good places to order them from. Thanks

exoticfish.com I've bought from them before. Although I haven't been able to keep clams smaller than 1.5" alive for very long.

I have purchased 5 out of my 6 clams from Jim. The first one I got I didn't know he was around otherwise, I would have bought it from him!!

Definately the single best source for clams. Make sure you provide your tank specifications and lighting when you call because he won't sell you one if it doesn't have the right environment.

I agrre with buying from Jim Norris. I just got 3 clams( black max, gold max and blue max) from Jim. They are all doing well. Jim called to make sure the clams were fine and e-mailed me multiple times to check on the clams. Now that's service with a purchase.

You're in Michigan? Is Tropicorium not an option for you? I guess he doesn't always have clams ... but when I swung through Michigan last year he sure had some neat clams, I was really sorry I couldn't take any with me!

The last 2 times ive went to trop he has been really low on clams. I did get a sweet derasa from him. I think im going this weekend again (there goes another 150 dollars ) to see what he's got. Im interested in smaller clams because I dont have a ton of room left and want to watch them grow up.
