Recording Data Logs

Hi,

I have an ACII with AquaNotes 3.1 and have a question about the data logging feature.

I have the "Record Data Log" set for the tank but it doesn't seem to update the database. I've run AquaNotes as a service, and not as a service, but it doesn't seem to matter. When I download the logs manually, it works fine.

I also have the web server set up and it works fine.

What can I do or check to get the data logs working automatically?

Thanks,
Ed

Hi,
For AquaNotes support please send and email to support@neptunesys.com. In the email include the 12 digit autorization code found in the help->About AquaNotes window, and your name, address and phone number. Support for AquaNotes is not offered in this forum.

I will support our hardware on this forum. There are just too many bootleg copies of AquaNotes floating around, and that is why I'm not going to waste my time supporting people that have pirated software. Please note that in no way am I implying that you have a pirated copy of AquaNotes.

Thanks,

I've rebooted everything, including the controller and it seems to be working now.

By the way, any plans on moving Notes to the .NET framework? Maybe version 4? Make it SQL Server compatible (DB Providers)? I know it might not fit with your target market, but it sure would be more robust for those that could use it.

The next major release of AquaNotes will use the latest development tools available.

Any word on that major Aquanotes release that will use mysql or something other than access?
