IMO, in the 2nd photo to the far right definitely looks like Cyano to me. Take some coral-feeder,Pipette,Turkey Baster, etc and try blowing it off. If it comes right off without much effort, then it is definitely Cyano.

Thanks for the replies. Would you say to treat for cyano outbreak? I had it before in old tank but then it was all over the sand.

Chemiclean will kick that stuff in no time flat! I had the green kind (harder to get rid of) and it was gone in 72 hrs and hasn’t come back in 2 months now. Follow the directions though! Get an airstone, pull off your skimmer cup and let it do its magic!

Hard to tell from those pictures...
Doesnt clearly look like cyano from here..

As stated if it blows off easily it probably is...If not its likely an algae

I wouldnt blindly start a chemiclean treatment...your tank is fairly new isn't it?

I don't have any personal experience with ChemiClean, but whenever I get Cyano it is because my return pump gets clogged with some algae or sediments the overall flow out the tank is diminished. OR The other thing I notice is my skimmer is a bit "off". Personally, I think it is better to vacuum the stuff out and treat the source of the problem first overall chemicals.
