Another vote for the Flame Hawkfish. Tons of personality, perching everywhere with that worried look on its face. If the shrimp are large, or already established, you should be fine.

Paracheilinus lineopunctatus is a VERY red flasher wrasse. Gorgeous, small, active, mild mannered.

I have a one spot and he is a model citzen. The Garabaldis get to a little bigger than some damsels.
