Reeflink connection with Vectra pump

Who else has a reeflink connected to their Vectra pump?
I just got a new reeflink and set it up, it is driving me crazy.
Why would the speed always go down to 50% whenever I open the app and it goes to the live demo screen?
I programmed the pump in the SCHEDULE to run constant at 65%

Also, the main reason I got it is to get notifications if my pump slows down or stalls, how do you set that up?
