The intake on the pump is 2". The drain for my sump is 1.5". Is that a problem for the pump?

Ive been doing this for a long time and Imo 1/2" is not going to hurt the pump as long as it doesn't have a long run from the sump. But if its easy enough to enlarge the hole then do so.
