+1 the bigger the better, the more impact it has on nutrient export. You can insert more Live rock and have more room for pods and macroalgae to grow.

Bigger is better for nutrient export but not all dimensions are equal. If growing macroalgae is your goal more surface area is key.

Bigger is obviously better, but minimum I believe is 10% system volume. I have no idea how that particular number came to be, but that seems to be the "magic" minimum.
