Remineralizing fresh water procedure question

I read that Randy adds 70 ppm calcium chloride and 150 ppm of mag flake to Instant Ocean when making water.

Is calcium first then mag? Do you add the calcium and mag before adding the Instant ocean.

I add water then salt then magnesium then calcium. That limits the likelihood of calcium and magnesium carbonate precipitation.
