Remora Skimmer/putting things in the return chamber

Just curious if anyone has ever put anything in the return chamber of there Remora Skimmer. I was thinking about putting my mini tronic heater, ph probe, and temp probe. I would just feed the lines out the water return opening. Has anyone done this or does anyone think it would affect skimming. Thanks

You can do that, that's not a problem. If it was media, then ya you might have issues, but if it's just heaters and probes, I see no reason why you couldn't.

I used to put my heaters in mine.
