The pics on my computer are jpg how do I change them to be accepted on here?

try using a site like photobucket.com or imageshack.us where you can upload them from your computer and give us a link to them here?

Ill try that. How do I post a pic. on a thread though, without having to link to it? Or can I not do that?

You can use jpg images easily on RC. As a member you have a gallery of your own. To upload just click on upload image and browse to your picture on your pc. The pic will have to be resized to smaller than 50kb. After it is uploaded, you need to copy the address of the pic on the last line of the pic's description. When you start your thread or post a reply there is a botton above the comment window that says IMG. Click on that and a window will pop up. Paste the image address in the window and press OK. The image will be inserted into your thread.

Its not as complicated as it sounds. Really after you do it once it is really very easy.
