I have some rics who seems to be sliming/ disintegrating. They were fine befor eI got them from the LFS i work at, and I have other rics in the tank which are growing splitting and looking great. Why would they do this? Their mouths have been open and I tried to feed but the dont even close....

its probably because you didnt acclimated.. where did the store have the ric?? highflow/lowflow highlight/lowlight?? i always try to mimic the placement of the corals as where i have bought them.. also like to drip my rics and other nice corals before i put them in my tank.. and if it doesnt look good i start to move it around before its starts to deterate
