Rio 1400 Pump

I have a AquaC Remora Pro Protein Skimmer. What pump should I be using for it??
Will a Rio 1400 Pump do?

That's a little on the small side. A rio HF # 8 or QO 2200 or mag 5 would be better.

So no matter the size of the pump, it will not hurt skimmer?
