RO Question

This is going to be a stupid question i can feel it, but...

I have a 6 stage RO+DI unit I bought from ebay,

it has 2 seperate outputs, one goes thru a DI filter and to a spigot under the sink, and the other does not go thru the DI filter and to a faucet on the sink

Now heres the stupid question...
To fill my tank, do I want to use the RO+DI water or the RO only water?
