Get into the habit of taking out the magnet scraper after using it. It looks terrible and being in the water all the time is not good for it since scratchy tube worms and coralline start to grow on it.

Get a sump put all.the ugly hang on back stuff on it
Your lights are too high
And you have too much shadowing on your sand bed lowering the lights will.help.a little with that also you need more coral lol

Putting that cheap light at the ceiling might get rid of the disco effect, but it's not helping those frags grow over the plugs. (side note, I have the same cheap lights)
