Rock Hard brownish "worm"

Hello. I have a 20 gallon nano reef and I am trying to id this rock hard brownish worm that has like a feeding tenacle or stinger that catches food in the water column. Also appears to have 2 eyes come out as well. I have a few pictures.

Thank you for your reply. I am fairly new to salt water and appreciate your response. I did not realise vermetids could be flat like that.
