RS-80 recommended?

HI All,
Sorry, I don't think I can slog thru 17 pages of posts, so please forgive me for asking for a recommendation. Someone I am buying rock from has an RS-80 for sale. I manage the school's 75g FOWLR and need something that is plug and go. No time for fiddling or adjusting on a daily basis! Would this be a good skimmer? Too small maybe? I was originally looking for an Octopus since they're so highly regarded, but this came across my path.
Suggestions?
