Rubbermaid Storage Bins Do they Leach Phosphates

I have read somewhere a while back that some Rubbermaid containers leach Phosphates.I have two types of bins .
One is the Brute line which is gray colored.The other one is a Roughneck container that is 20 gallons its brown colored for my top off water.I was wondering if that one is possible leaching phosphates into my water.I think the Brute one is ok from what I have found so far.I know Randy homes did test some of these containers a while back.Just wondering where I could find the article.

The brute containers are perfectly safe to use for long periods of time. The rouchneck containers some think cause problems but it seems like the jury is still out.
