Safe resins

Hi all, I need some advice on a clear coat or resin to put on a DIY shipwreck model that I've made for my reef tank. The ship itself is made from plastic and painted with acrylic paints. I need to know what to put on it to make it aquarium safe and something that's not going to degrade in salt water Or leech chemicals overtime. I was thinking I clear two part epoxy or a two part clear polyurethane but I need to know brands that are definitely safe. I've had so much contradicting advice. Some help would be appreciated. Thanks

no clue but perhaps you could ask the web site acrylic aquariums which also does the Tanked show. They probably would be able to give you some suggestions

What is it they use on the Tanked show.... Something called polygem?

Not sure how expensive it is, but they use this all the time on that show to waterproof stuff for SW tanks.
