Sailfin blenny Suspect to ick, ok to hypo?

I'm no newbie, but thought this would be the best forum to post. Has anyone succesfully hypo'd any blenny's? I've never myself and i think my sailfin may have ick? Thoughts.........in no, then should i dare i say copper or methalane blue?

I've done the medecine thing before to gobies, anthias etc... but never a blenny... but you should be fine...

but as always.. people suggest Hypo first than more harsher stuff like meds...
