Salifert Calcium Test Kit Instruction's, Syringe Comparison To Instruction Sheet.....

now to my question and observation:
the syringe has ml.
0.1
0.2
0.3
0.4
0.5
0.6
0.7
0.8
0.9
1.0
now the instructional sheet that come's with the test kit has ml. of:
0.00
0.02
0.04
0.06
0.08
0.10
0.12
0.14
0.16
0.18
0.20
and so on, you catch my drift right? (smile)
soooo...
by the time my testing water turned the light blue color
the syringe now facing upward's showed the black top of the piston at exactly>0.3 ml. how would i read that on the chart?
would i read at the top of the chart wich reads between 0.02=490 for my calcium level or would i pick 0.04=480?
or would i go down the chart more and compare it to the ml. starting at 0.30=350ml. not sure how to figure out wich one is accurate, please help, thanx in advance and sorry for being so precise here and lengthy.
 
I do not understand the concern. The little lines between the numbers are the way to read the next digit.

When reading the chart, make sure that a full delivered syringe (now empty) is a lot of calcium and a still full syringe (little delivered in the test) is a little calcium. Some folks read it backwards.
 
Forget the chart. Run the equation included in the instructions. I can't rember but it's like 1-(stopper point)*500. Something like that.
